Children's Ministries
Nursery
We welcome all infants and toddlers, birth through age 3, to a loving enviroment at
Central United Methodist Church. Our nursey is staffed by experienced and devoted workers.
The nursery is open during the hours of Sunday School and worship service each Sunday.
Children's Worship Time
A special time of learning and worship is provided for children during the 11:00 worship service.
Children from ages three through seven are invited to go up front for a condensed version of the sermon
that is prepared especially for the young ones to understand.
Children's Church
Our Children's Church program is available for children ages three through seven during the 11:00 worship
service. Immediately following the Children's Worship Time, the children are welcome to learn more about
Jesus' teachings through Bible stories, songs, and arts and crafts.
Vacation Bible School
Central's Vacation Bible School is a week-long experience for preschoolers through sixth graders offered
each summer. We learn through Biblical themes, songs, arts and crafts, and lessons. Check back later for
this year's adventure!
Kidz Praise
Children ages four through fifteen are invited to join our children's choir. Practice is from 6:00 p.m. to
7:00 p.m. on Sundays.
